📦 Delivery Times
Typically, the processing time to create your custom craft is
3-5 business days (please note there may be exceptions during holiday seasons).
The estimated shipping delivery time within the U.S. is 3-6 business days.
Delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping method and location. Be sure
to check the estimated delivery times at checkout and consider upgrading your
shipping if you need it sooner (express or priority shipping options are
available).

❌RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS:
All items are made to order. Please
ensure that you review all color and size charts prior to placing your order.
As each apparel and accessory item is custom crafted based on your preferences,
returns or exchanges are not permitted unless there is a manufacturing issue
with your order. The cost of postage for any return or exchange will be the
responsibility of the customer.
💜 Care Instructions:
✔️ Wash in cold water
✔️ Turn inside out and use a delicate cycle
✔️ Use mild detergent
✔️ Wash with similar colors; pay attention to color matching when laundering T-shirts
✔️ Only use non-chlorine bleach
✔️ Tumble dry on a low setting
✔️ Do not iron directly over the decoration
✔️ Avoid dry cleaning
💛Material
I work with a variety of shirt and
sweatshirt brands, selecting options based on available colors and sizes. While
all the shirts I offer have a soft texture, not every item is crafted from 100%
cotton. If you have particular material preferences, don’t hesitate to reach
out so I can meet your needs. Your choices include cotton, polyester, and a
cotton/polyester blend.

✔️ Note that sizing may vary for V-Necks: If you're looking for an oversized fit
for women, we suggest sizing up by 2 or more sizes from your typical size.

high-quality sublimation ink or DTF. Each item is pressed with a
professional-grade heat press for optimal results.
