Refund policy

♦️ RETURNS, EXCHANGES, CANCELLATIONS:

All items are made-to-order. Please check all color and size charts before ordering. Since all items are custom made according to your preferences, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there is a manufacturer-related problem with your order.  The postage for this return or exchange will be covered by the customer.  

♦️DAMAGES AND ISSUES:  Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
